That’s why they are US’ best ally. An easy excuse to pressure oil counties for muricah.

Since when does Germany care? Or are we just upset that Israel might break our record?
Best thing Obama did was pulling out of Iraq, finally leaving an illegal war, so hats off for that. But all his talk about envisioning a world free of nuclear weapons and then not even attempting disarmament of the US ones kinda seems weak.
“People think that when you’re mentally ill, you can’t think straight, which is insulting,” she told the Guardian.
So much this. I’ve had so many people tell me that when I tell them that I don’t see a way into the future and I want them to leave me the fuck alone, it actually means that I want more help. No, you donkey, it doesn’t. It means leave me alone.
Bonus points when they are coming up with “ideas for my future” that are just genuinely unappealing to me and are then livid when I say no. Do they really think that going on a vacation or changing my job was not something I already thought about and discarded because I know it would not help? Nah, I’m ill, so I also must be stupid. “You always just say no. I am trying to help and you always just say no.” Thanks for realizing that you are not helping me but just want to feel good about yourself.
October 7th or something
Remember that widely-spread narrative that it was a music festival for peace in Gaza? lol
P-word and p-wordinians.
Rookie mistake. The best way to procrastinate is to set everything up so you could work on it and then not do it. What’s the fun in procrastination when not actively defying work?
You could just blame the devs for incomplete logging.
Yes, “you have lost” is present perfect and describes that the loss occurred at some unspecified point in time before. It can also describe a loss which effects can still be felt in the present.
The implication is that OP is convinced that Ukraine has no chance of holding their lines, as you correctly pointed out earlier.
Yes, no shit. That was the outlook from day 1.
The Russian Army is largely represented as a bunch of baffoons in the Western media, but it’s still one of the 3 largest armies in the world. Ukraine cannot hold their lines indefinitely, the only way to “win” against an opponent that has multiple times your materiel available is guerilla.
For years my bank only allowed numerical passwords. The maximum length was 8.
They changed it somewhat recently.
Medals for bravery. Those airdrops were actually Hamas tunnels.
That was the plan, not a foolish mistake or lacking investigation.
Instilling fear by alleging contemptible actions made by your enemy is a common propaganda tactic. The goal here is to rally public support behind your agenda by demonizing the enemy. The decapitated babies claim was of the same fiber, albeit the agency was different (corporate greed vs settlerism).
Luckily for the murderers, they are situated at the doorstep of oil country. A little genocide does not break the unwavering US support for their vanguard. In addition, Israel does a fine job to be absolutely hated by all their neighbors, so the US can start proxy wars without really getting their hands dirty by using the alliance as an excuse. Very useful.
Smells like a false flag to me. Why shoot up a public concert hall if your enemy is Putin and not the general public. Makes no sense.
Why would journalists need Diplomatic Immunity?
Exactly.
Whataboutism.
Same conflict, so why does “don’t go into an active war zone” work for one side but not the other? Hypocrisy? Martial law sucks, so you get arrested for dumb shit. Nihil sub sole novum.
Be obnoxious asshole that does not contribute anything
“Hey I’m a journalist, you can’t touch me. Just like the bad guy from Lethal Weapon 2, I got diplomatic immunity!”
Meanwhile, the Z gang is shooting at actual journalists, but that’s ok because they are on your side. They shouldn’t have come to an active war zone. Oh sorry, special military operation zone.
I still fail to see which “journalists” you are talking about.
“They’re all without shirts and they have a stick with a white cloth on it. The soldier feels threatened and opens fire. He declares that they’re terrorists. They (the Israeli forces) open fire. Two (hostages) are killed immediately,” the official told reporters in a phone briefing.
As if this wasn’t ridiculous enough, it gets better
“Immediately the battalion commander issues a ceasefire order, but again there’s another burst of fire towards the third figure and he also dies,” the official said. “This was against our rules of engagement,” he added.
So, to summarize: unarmed civilians waving a white flag were categorized as terrorists and two of them get executed immediately. The battalion commander then directly orders the soldiers to stop firing but those orders are being disobeyed and the last of the group is executed anyway.
That is not feeling “threatened”. That is bloodlust.
He never said to drink bleach. He said to intravenously inject it.
