There’s a (likely apocryphal) story about a country tracking subjects inside the pentagon, and being completely convinced that one building near the center was absolutely the most important in the complex. Every single head of staff, general, admiral, etc would visit the building for 10-20 minutes at a time, so it must be some major communication hub. They devised plans to infiltrate this building, to see what was inside.

The tail lights are actually the stupidest thing at night though. The tail lights are the entire bar across the back. Then when the driver brakes, the bar goes out. It’s reversed from what people would expect from brake lights. Typically, people would expect more lights when the car is braking, not less.

Yes, cars (especially modern cars) have a lot more difficult-to-build parts. But modern cars are also a lot like computers in the sense that you don’t need to know every single component on an GPU to be able to install one. You don’t need to be able to build a car part from scratch. The same way you can slot a GPU into a motherboard, you can just buy the entire car part preassembled and bolt it into place. The important part is learning what the different components do, so you can troubleshoot them.

Let’s say a white cop kills a black man. Witnesses say that the black guy was peacefully walking down the side of the road and refused to stop when police tried to pull him over. The cops say the black guy was reaching for a weapon. There is video footage of the man trying to walk away from the police, but from the footage alone it’s not entirely clear whether or not he had a gun.
