Israel didn’t ditch or disobey America’s commands in any meaningful sense. The idea that America is trying to keep Israel under control while it’s commiting this genocide is propaganda. That is not what’s happening. The US is not issuing commands that Israel is disobeying. What it’s doing is directly giving Israel the tools to commit this genocide. It wouldn’t be able to without the US’s current actions.

This is incorrect. The Palestinian fighters refrained from attacking Israeli civilians when they were able to. In many cases they did not do any harm to the Israeli civilians they interacted with and we’re in fact courteous towards them. They targeted military and police instead. A currently unknown portion of the deaths of israeli civilians on 7/10 was from Israeli fire. Witnesses and available evidence indicate that Israeli infantry, tanks, and helicopters fired indiscriminately at civilians, militants, and homes with occupants. Israel refuses to investigate its forces’ acts on 7/10 and destroyed and buried evidence (bombed cars).
The west bank and gaza have been entirely controlled by Israel since 1967, even though they came under civic management of the Palestinian authority in 1994. Since Israel controls all of gaza’s borders, air space, sea access, communication infrastructure, power generation, water access, food access, currency, and citizen registry, it is by definition occupied by Israel even though Israel previously withdrew its on the ground presence in the strip. All those things are controlled by Israel in the west bank as well. Palestinians of the west bank and gaza of course do not have any of the rights of an Israeli citizen, but also have absolutely no sovereignty over the land they live in.
That article is a masterclass in laundering false information to make propaganda palatable to impressionable people. From the very first paragraph it regurgitates false information. The funny thing is that the claim that more than one million Uyghers are interned does have a source, but they didn’t specify it. Probably because the source’s reliability has been dismantled and they think leaving it out is less blatant. Garbage journalistic standards either way, and obvious dishonest propagandizing. For the rest of the article, we already know the media spread misinformation about Xinjiang. Compiling it in a Wikipedia article does not make it any more legitimate or convincing.
Hamas offered the release of the prisoners in exchange for permanent ceasefire ages ago. Israel refused because it would rather genocide Palestinians than get its prisoners back.

This is what they have already done in the west bank. The Palestinian authority’s American trained fascist security forces repress popular demonstrations and target Palestinian resistance. That is why the west bank has no organized resistance like Gaza. In Gaza the Palestinian Authority was overthrown when it refused to concede power after Hamas won the election.
First of all his leadership of Fateh and the PLO worked to concentrate power in the hands of his particular opportunist clique. He undermined the Palestinian liberation movement throughout it’s history. He undermined, dominated, and excluded the radical sections of Fateh which rejected collaboration with Zionism, who threatened his rule. His agreement to exit Lebanon directly led to the massacre of thousands. His signing onto the oslo accords and his creation of the Palestinian authority with its security and police force built for direct collaboration with the Zionist state and repression of Palestinian resistance signed the west bank away to Israel. Yaser Arafat is the direct cause of decades upon decades of failure of the Palestinian liberation movement, and his legacy continues to haunt us to this very day with the traitorous Fateh party and Palestinian authority.
