Lol making a mistake isn’t unique to humans. Machines make mistakes.
Congratulations for knowing that a LLM isn’t the same as a human though, I guess!
Scamming people out of there money
Scamming people out of here money is a shit act, too!
Wow. I can’t actually find that URL, haha
You’re definitely right!
I believe it’s a situation where the men tend to want traditional stay-at-home wives to raise their kids, but the women either want to work, or the men don’t make enough to support a stay-at-home wife and raise a kid on their single income (because it can be really expensive relative to wages).
I’ve read that there’s a lot of… misogyny/anti-feminism movement stuff going on in Korea these days.
“Less” is usually for non-countable objects, while “fewer” is for countable.
“Less slime” vs. “Fewer bees”
Does anyone know if he has any pre-existing conditions?
(This is a joke)
Great points.
Didn’t Jenny McCarthy leverage Andrew Wakefield’s research for her position, though? Because I feel like that’s when it started becoming “mainstream”.
I’d say it was during the pandemic that it went crazy though. Actually mainstream, where parents stopped asking each other “Where do you take your baby for their boosters?”, and started asking “So are you choosing to vaccine your baby?”…
I think I disagree that we would’ve had mainstream anti-vax even without Andrew Wakefield (and Jenny McCarthy).
That’s like saying we’d have Microsoft without Bill Gates. Sure, we don’t need Gates now to have Microsoft, and it feels like an inevitability in hindsight. But he was such a major player that moved MS forward that things would be very different without him.
Did they just now redefine the word?
What is the new definition, and why didn’t it apply to Israel before?
Does that mean that anything not meeting the new definition of evil is no longer considered evil?
This title sounds really stupid. There are many better ways to get the point across without saying something untrue/nonsensical.
And beyond that, who really needs to be told that it’s evil to massacre starving civilians who are queuing for bread? …and since the headline says “yet More”, I guess when Israel did it the first time, it wasn’t evil (at least not by this new definition), since it was this time that resulted in the redefinition.
I guess I don’t understand completely Lemmy, because some lib is calling me a Russian troll under this comment and I can’t see it unless I go to the original/non-hexbear post
I think that was common on Reddit, too.
It usually means they replied and blocked you, or deleted their comment later. (Or it got deleted by a mod)
It’s people who have the mentality that the last word wins the argument, especially since anyone else who reads the comment chain would think you had nothing to say in response.
The invading Russians also need to leave Ukraine, Crimea, etc.
He was doing it to make money. I don’t think it’s sufficient to call him a symptom. I’d argue he was one step away from bringing it to the mainstream. (That celebrity was responsible for making it mainstream imo)
In the last 20 to 30ish years, there’s been a rise in anti-vax rhetoric, including massive campaigns specifically against the MMR vaccine.
A story that’s interesting from a gun crime perspective. Stopped by two good guys with guns (but did they accidentally hit the shooter’s child?), and the crime was committed with a gun purchased legally. It’s got elements of both sides of the gun law debate, lol
Wasn’t this the guy blocking a country (Sweden?) From joining NATO? Could this help expand NATO?
I don’t blame the country for defending themself.
Lmao…yes, defending themselves by bombing an ambulance that came to rescue a 6-year old.
If an army needs to “defend themselves” from that, then how weak are they?
That girl was killed by an army of monsters. There was no self-defense involved in this killing whatsoever.
When I made that comment, the video had no comments and more downvotes than upvotes.
But you’re right, I guess almost any video really does fit in this community!
