Ok, you can put the toothpaste a little back in. Still lacks some of the novelty but I’ll give it a shot when it’s on sale. Thanks!

I wonder if it’ll get packed with the VR friendly Myst. I have ached to try it, although I remember all the puzzle solutions so that’s toothpaste you can’t put back in the tube. Riven is new to me though!
Isn’t it, haha. And yet I know a place that outsources it to slavic countries to save cash. I guess they’re tech savvy, but as contract workers it’s hard to say their dedicated to their craft.
QA in large companies seems to be first to get outsourced or at best, contacted into temp positions. First to get mixed, too. It’s the “skill-less labor” of the tech world.
In other words, blame the idiots in charge for not really investing in QA lol
Just saw this like an hour ago! Our locals are funny, they actually will cancel your online offer and ask you to call to remake the order at a fraction of the price. (They’re super cheap, and charge you extra if you use a card because that carries a fee they don’t want to pay, haha)
What an explosive, one time deal!
Would need a passcode, same with Big Head Mode.
This is true. It’s become a bit of a tourist attraction.
Yes but can they please do this without leaving half finished skyscrapers in other countries? The situation in LA kind of sucks now that the city has to spend millions cleaning it up (supposedly sending the bill to a bankrupt Chinese developer, as if that’ll work).
I like “or else” meant no promotions, as if that ever meant anything in tech. If you want more money you jump to another company. This just gives them even more incentive to do that.
Fun fact, a big reason why innovation happened a lot in tech is because of this-- when a company fails to retain someone, they take their wealth of knowledge and trade secrets with them. It actually hurts companies more than just losing a person since it also gives the competition a leg up!
