Thank you very much, ill start there
Thank you very much, ill start there
So… You think the path to ending the genocide is get Biden elected and continue complaining and just hope it goes well?
Hey we’re not hungry enough yet. Violence is scary and we won’t do it till we absolutely gotta. I mean we absolutely gotta but even as i know this I’m not picking up a gun yet, i still have a lot to lose. It’s not like it’s just here in the states, it’s happening all over the western world. When will you decide to take up arms and take your life back?
I’m not attacking you, just putting you in my yankee shoes
Do you have a source you like? Cuz I’m interested in reading about this
Whoever comes within 50m of the killzones…shot.
Entered in the killzones in the past? or knows someone who enters a killzone? Shot
Those who are generally talking about or thinking about the killzones… Believe it or not? Shot
Based on the fact the “Jewish voices for peace group” got accused of anti-semitism and illegally had their bank account frozen (along with a demand for all the names of their members) i believe the inclusion of these questions is a terrible, terrible sign of things to come
Sanctions hurt citizens of the country they are put upon and the US has a lot of sway and say on who gets the sanctioning, so there’s a real threat behind their words
Expanding on that “where there’s smoke there’s fire” idea, there are those awful videos of soldiers relishing in the mistreatment of Palestinians too, and running over houses with people inside.
Together with the leadership calling Palestinians animals etc kinda precludes one from giving the IDF the benefit of the doubt.
Yeah the dem party is absolutely taking advantage of the fact the Republicans are worse
I suggest everyone just block this guy so you never see him no matter where you are. It’s probably a burner anyway
Hmm. Perhaps this is a misunderstanding after all. this is about a recent primary election where voters chose non-committed, not abstention from voting entirely
I’m not tired of discourse, as i explicitly stated i am tired of snark. Too many people think one is the same as the other. For answering me without a tired one-liner, i honestly and unsarcastically thank you.
Let’s discuss! I had a problem with your statement earlier, (not you) because your are asking op to provide what you yourself cannot, as you yourself said here. You also provided nothing to move the conversation forward, such as another plausible reason for Biden pivoting here.
You are asking me to prove something happened for which there is no evidence, and I am expressing skepticism…
Skepticism is fine. But there is no evidence is there? And none against it.
Since that is the case, we must move towards probable causes for this change, yes?
We could discuss possible other reasons, you could show me quotes or something to say this administration has been moving in this direction. If we have nothing, we could then move into conjecture. That would be fun! That would be discourse! I am down.
What i am telling you is what you put the first time doesn’t cut it by any metric. You don’t get to ask for something you cannot provide, in a comment that is not claiming anything other than “pressure changes policy”
Yes, that is what it said. Perhaps you took it to mean something else, and we can talk about that! That too would be discourse.
So let’s have some
Don’t be obtuse. Its not clever.
If you’re absolutely insistent on defending your comment, start by telling us all how the opposite assumption, that Biden is completely unaffected by voter opinion in an election year makes more sense.
Please take this seriously. I am really, really tired of snarky quips.
This is a step, but i didn’t see any timeframe mentioned in the article and definitely didn’t see the word i was looking for, permanent.
I am interested to see what kind of about-face all the politicians of the world will do when this is over. Will there be strong condemnations and a new “we are the world” song? Will there be crocodile tears and strong cries of “we didn’t know it was this bad”? Will everyone just start pretending the genocide didn’t happen?
Like, they’ve made it crystal that they’re gonna kill all of em. They won’t stop, that at least is clear. So I’m asking like, how much more nothing will nations do? Will everyone keep tiptoeing around the USs pet nation? Will “genocide denier” come to mean something new?
Sometimes i doubt myself when i block someone. Sometimes a commenter’s history is so illustrative of who they are and what they’re worth generally that i can’t hit it fast enough
They’re doing everything they can to kill as many as they can as quickly as they can.
genius!
Thanks for the clarification!
I can’t read the article as for some reason the archive website hates my vpn. I was able to read enough to grok it’s a pretty piss-poor take though.
Whining about “not completing the objective” is just gaslighting what the objective was/is, and complaining about being "internationally shunned"for committing fuggen genocide causes me to believe (at my most charitible) that this author hasn’t grasped the horror of what his country is still engaged in
